The Cloak Society: Fall of Heroes

Sorry, this was the best I could find 😛

The Cloak Society: Fall of Heroes

By Jeramey Kraatz

This book was even better than both of the other books preceding this book combined! This book was 310 pages long. I knew it was going to be one of the best ones by just looking at the cover! What I like about this book is barely even a hint of romance, when most adventure series book endings have romance, this doesn’t. 😀

If you’ve read my other blog about The Cloak Society and you haven’t read that book, I highly recommend reading that one first before because my summary will basically spoil that book for you.

Now, after that spoiler alert, I can proceed with the summary. This book starts off with Alex, Kirbie, Kyle, and Mallory. They are the distraction crew to stop Cloak from preventing Amp and Gage from entering the Gloom or making them stay there forever. After they get the Rangers, only Lone Star and Lux, they will have to defeat Cloak, but what is to happen to Lone Star and Lux if they can’t get their powers back? Will they get their powers back? And even if they get their powers back, will they even be able to defeat Cloak after all? Read The Cloak Society: Fall of Heroes by Jeramey Kraatz.

Note: Sorry if this one was shorter than most!

The Cloak Society: Villains Rising

Sorry if it’s a little bit fuzzy 😛

The Cloak Society: Villains Rising

By Jeramey Kraatz

This book was amazing! This book is 311 pages long and all about kids who have superpowers! The author, Jeramey Kraatz, has also written Space Runners and the 1st Cloak Society book.(Duh!) What I love about this book is that it feels like you’re actually part of the adventure and you also can do a text-to-self connection in most of the parts.

It starts off with a scene at their hideout in Silver Lake. All of the kids who live there have superpowers. It’s quite an odd mix-up, Junior Rangers (The “heroes”), and former Cloak Betas.(Cloak are the “villains”) Kirbie (JR) has the power to morph into animals, Amp (JR) has an ability over sound and can blast them out at high frequencies. Kyle (JR and Kirbie’s big brother) has control over plants and can use them as weapons. (Example: cover) Alex (FB) has telekinesis. (His mother has telepathy, so not a big surprise) Mallory (FB) has control over temperature and can be freezing cold or blistering hot and can blast those temperatures out. Misty (FB) can split into molecules and travel without being seen. (This tires her out A LOT) Gage (Uniband: basically a smart person associated with Cloak) is very smart but doesn’t have any powers. Their goal so far is to save the Rangers of Justice (Lone Star, Lux, Dr. Photon) from the Gloom.  (Another plane of existence) (BTW:  You need to read the first book to make sense of this summary but not the book.) They also need to take down the Omegas, orphaned teens with scary superpowers that don’t doubt Cloak ever. Will they be able to save the Rangers and take down the Omegas, or will they be crushed in defeat by the menacing Cloak Society? Read The Cloak Society: Villains Rising by Jeramey Kraatz.
